About the Evidence Hub

As education systems face growing financial and capacity pressures, partnerships between governments and non-state actors are becoming critical to improve learning at scale. The Government and Non-State Partnerships Evidence Hub curates insights from emerging innovative partnership models and provides practical tools to help policymakers and providers design more impactful, sustainable collaborations.

The case studies included in the toolkit are selected to illustrate a range of real-world examples where collaboration between government and non-state actors has contributed to education systems change. They provide practical insights into different models of engagement, the conditions that enabled success, and the challenges faced along the way. Together, these case studies aim to support learning and reflection for those designing or strengthening partnerships in diverse education contexts.

Dissemination of evidence
