Pioneering Change: Aligning Education Innovation with the Realities of Government Adoption
This session brings together partners and practitioners working at the intersection of education innovation, government adoption, and organisational capacity strengthening in low- and middle-income countries. While many organisations demonstrate strong impact at pilot level, fewer successfully navigate the complex transition to sustained scale through government systems. At the same time, scaling requires not only strong evidence-based solutions, but also organisational readiness, partnerships, strategic alignment, and peer learning. As the largest community of education innovators in low- and middle- income countries, Global Schools Forum is in a unique position to enable organisations to respond to these challenges. GSF introduced the Impact Accelerator programme with the Hempel Foundation in 2025, and launched its fourth Impact at Scale Lab focused on Acceleration to Fluency with Gates Foundation in 2026. The session will showcase the different approaches that organisations in the GSF community have taken to strengthen their impact and pathways to scale. Thanks to the distinguished panel of experts for contributing to this important conversation. Please note additional speakers are being confirmed.
