Community of practice on Socio-Emotional Learning

Global Schools Forum in collaboration with Labhya has launched a Community of Practice dedicated to Socio-Emotional Learning (SEL). This practitioner-led community will move from foundational design to advanced implementation through three action-oriented sprints. We will build a shared repository of effective frameworks and tools, address the critical human element of teacher enablement, and tackle the challenge of measuring impact while scaling with quality.

Following our well-received first session on Universal Design Principles, we are excited to welcome Kizazi to spotlight their concrete approach to embedding Social Emotional Learning into daily routines and activities.

In this 90-minute session, Kizazi will share:

  • Practical integration strategies that make SEL part of the school fabric, not an added burden
  • Simple classroom activities for start- and end-of-day routines, storytelling, and reflection
  • Evidence of impact on confidence, emotional regulation, and school culture
  • Breakout discussions to apply these approaches to your own context

Join us to move from design principles to practical implementation, and contribute to our growing repository of effective SEL strategies.
