Spotlight on: Talent
description description

Global Schools Forum is delighted to host its first “Spotlight”

All GSF members are invited to attend.

In order to support the efforts of GSF members, the Spotlight was developed as one in a series of “deep-dives” on topics of importance identified by members. The focus of the upcoming Spotlight will be on Talent: Teacher Support & Retention and Leadership Pipelines. Three-themes will be explored in detail; the pre-reading materials and facilitated sessions will focus on those themes:
Spotlight participants will have access to relevant and current content that is transferable to their specific context, participate in activities to foster collegiality, and leave with a deeper understanding and appreciation for the work that their South African colleagues do every day.
