Guidance to filling your GSF Membership Online Application Form



Thank you for your interest in applying for GSF Membership. We are looking forward to receiving your application.

Before you click the ‘Apply,’ button, please read the following guidelines carefully:


  1. Download a sample copy of GSF Member Application Form and go through the information required to apply. The final application should be submitted on the website only.

    Click here to download the sample Application Form for Intermediary Organisations.

  2. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to fill the application. Please set this time aside to fill in the application in one go.


  3. Please make sure that your organisation has a Child Protection Policy in place before you apply for GSF Membership.


  4. Please make sure you have the following documents ready for upload:
    • Logo of your organisation in png format.
    • Signed Membership Agreement. Download it here.
    • Child Protection/Safeguarding Policy used in your organisation.
    • Admissions Policy for School Networks only (optional).
    • Marketing pictures from your organisation that you’d like GSF to use. We will appropriately credit all images used (optional).


  5. Please note that the application is not saved until you submit the form. If you leave the page, the information entered will be lost. So make sure you have your responses recorded elsewhere.
